Shipping
We ship your order climate-neutrally with the Swiss Post as PostPac Priority and charge you a shipping fee of CHF 9.00.
The shipping costs for orders from CHF 80.00 and for any partial deliveries will be borne by us.
The buyer bears the costs for any return shipment.
Delivery, obligation to check, notification of defects
The delivery usually takes place within 1 to 5 working days after receipt of the order. Deliveries are sent by Swiss Post to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoices are issued by email or by post. With the shipment, benefit and risk are transferred to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, BEAUTYSTORE can dissolve the contract after a written notification by email to the customer and setting a reasonable deadline and charge for the costs of the activities.
Cash on delivery packages that are not picked up at the post office counter and are returned unopened to BEAUTYSTORE will be billed with a fee of CHF 50.00.
The Customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which BEAUTYSTORE provides warranty immediately in writing by letter or email to info@beautystore.ch.
Payment options and retention of title
In principle, payment can be made with TWINT, MASTERCARD, VISA, PostFinance, Postcard, PayPal or by purchase on account with the option to pay in installments. We reserve the right to only offer certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example to secure our credit risk only those according to the respective creditworthiness. We deliver orders over CHF 1,000.00 exclusively with the payment method TWINT, MASTERCARD, VISA, PostFinance, Postcard, PayPal. The delivered products remain the property of BEAUTYSTORE until full payment has been made.
Purchase on account with partial payment option
As our external payment service provider, MF Group (POWERPAY) offers the payment method “purchase on account with partial payment option”. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice within 14 days. You will receive the POWERPAY invoice free of charge by e-mail immediately after your purchase. If you decide not to make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an overview of your order in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, MF Group accepts the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities.
