Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted include statutory VAT. The prices are strictly net in Swiss francs (CHF). Unless otherwise provided, any shipping costs will be charged additionally and must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.
Technical changes, errors and misprints are reserved, in particular BEAUTYSTORE can make price changes at any time and without prior notice. 4. conclusion of contract
The offers on this website represent a non-binding invitation to order products and/or services from us.
By clicking on the „Send order“ button, a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart is executed. With the order via this website including the acceptance of these terms and conditions, a legally binding offer to conclude a contract is made. We will then send an automatic „order confirmation“ by email, which confirms that we have received the offer. Orders placed are binding.
If it transpires after conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, BEAUTYSTORE shall be entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from part of the contract. If the payment has already been received by us, the payment will be refunded. If payment has not yet been made, you will be released from the obligation to pay. In the event of a contract termination, BEAUTYSTORE is not obliged to make a replacement delivery or to pay any compensation.
5. payment options and retention of title
Payment can be made by invoice, TWINT, PayPal or credit card (MasterCard & VISA). There is no possibility of discount deduction. We reserve the right to only offer certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example to secure our credit risk only those according to the respective creditworthiness. We deliver orders over CHF 1,000.00 exclusively with the payment method TWINT, PayPal or credit card. The delivered products remain the property of BEAUTYSTORE until full payment has been made.
Purchase on account with installment facility
MF Group (POWERPAY), as our external payment service provider, offers the payment method „Purchase on account with installment facility“. With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice within 14 days. You will receive the POWERPAY invoice free of charge by e-mail immediately after your purchase. If you decide not to make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an overview of your order in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, MF Group accepts the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. 6. delivery, obligation to inspect, notification of defects
Delivery generally takes place within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of the order. Deliveries are sent by Swiss Post to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. Invoices are issued by email or by post. With the shipment, benefit and risk are transferred to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, BEAUTYSTORE can dissolve the contract after a written notification by email to the customer and setting a reasonable deadline and charge for the costs of the activities.
Cash on delivery packages that are not picked up at the post office counter and are returned unopened to BEAUTYSTORE will be billed with a fee of CHF 50.00.
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which BEAUTYSTORE provides a warranty immediately in writing by letter or email. 7. voluntary right of return up to 14 days after receipt of goods
We grant a voluntary right of return for a total of 14 days from receipt of goods.
It is possible to withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt (the period beginning on the day of receipt of the goods). The goods must be complete and in their original packaging and must be in unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Furthermore, it must not be a matter of goods that have been specially manufactured to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers if these are already stored in the user account, and not to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. Returns to BEAUTYSTORE are made at the expense and risk of the customer. The goods must be returned together with the delivery bill and the reason for return to: BEAUTYSTORE, Bachstrasse 1A, CH-8633 Wolfhausen ZH.
BEAUTYSTORE reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price already paid or to invoice the customer. 8. warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, this must be reported to us or the Swiss Post employee immediately.
However, failure to report this has no consequences for statutory claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, BEAUTYSTORE shall, at its discretion, provide a warranty with an equivalent replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Further claims are excluded.

If an article is no longer available, we undertake to inform our customers of the unavailability and to refund any consideration received. 10. liability
BEAUTYSTORE excludes all liability and all types of claims for damages.
In particular, we are not liable for indirect damage and consequential damage, loss of profit or other personal injury, property damage and pure financial loss of the customer. We reserve the right to further mandatory statutory liability, for example for gross negligence or unlawful intent.

In the event of disputes, Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law norms. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is explicitly excluded.
